Evan Geisert

Evan brings a breadth and depth of over 15 years’ experience spanning Finance, Operations, and Strategy within both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Evan is guided by his genuine passion for improving the environment and enabling those around him.

Evan’s most recent roles include Head of Finance for a $1B/​year distribution company and Chief Financial Officer for Smart Wires, an electric-grid technology start-up. At Smart Wires, Evan overhauled the Finance function, led multiple financing rounds, and coordinated the successful $500M IPO of the company in Sweden.

Evan brings extensive experience in Operations. Notably, Evan developed and led implementation of a Lean program across a 7,200 person organization, stood up a sensitive customer facing $300M environmental remediation program, and managed a 200-person business responsible for critical infrastructure restoration and hardening.

Evan lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and two daughters and enjoys being outdoors whether it be skiing, surfing, swimming in the bay, running, or mountain biking. Evan has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
