Janelle Wolak

Janelle works closely with the CEO and the executive team to shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda. She oversees internal operations, facilitates cross-team collaboration, and leads special projects across the go-to-market, product, and finance functions. 

Janelle’s background is in product leadership, design, and strategy across a spectrum of organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Insight M, Janelle was Director of Product at JetInsight, an aircraft management SaaS company. There, she built the product organization from the ground up and expanded the product into two new verticals, propelling market share from 15 to 25%. Prior to JetInsight, she was the first hire at a seed-stage startup called Blis​.io (acquired by ThirdSummit), where she built and launched a job marketplace for filmmakers. She also served as a R&D product manager at the Wells Fargo Innovation Group, where she designed next-gen technology solutions to enhance the value proposition of Wells Fargo’s internal lines of business. 

Janelle has a B.S. in Architectural Design & Civil Engineering from Stanford University with a Minor in Human Biology.
