Jen Sager

Jen oversees our People function, which encompasses the Recruiting, Human Resources, and Information Technology teams at Insight M. Her primary charge is to hire, support, and retain world-class talent. 

Since 2020, Jen has grown Insight M from 20 people to our current team of 93, bringing critical people into key roles across every major business function. She built an extensive and inclusive cohort onboarding program, has led our managers in creating a competency framework and career paths for every role in the organization, and rearchitected Insight M’s compensation structure to create more equitable and competitive total compensation packages. Jen connects consistently with our people on the individual and team levels to understand what skills and processes might better enable them to do their best work. She develops strategies with the leadership team to shape our culture in a way that keeps our employees and teams happy, engaged, and thriving.

Jen leverages nearly two decades of agency and in-house technical recruiting experience focused on hiring highly-coveted engineers for Silicon Valley and National Security-focused companies. She was an Individual Contributor at Whiteboard Federal Technologies, led the recruiting team at Palantir Technologies, and was a partner in — and the Director of Recruiting for — Clearsource Corporation, a niche technical recruiting agency. 

She has a B.A in Anthropology, with high honors, from the University of Virginia.
