Jordan Garner
Jordan and her team are responsible for delivering a world-class experience and successful outcomes to all Insight M clients, while also ensuring the commercial growth of customer accounts, building long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships. She leads the client-facing team that strategically partners with operators, and liaisons across the cross-functional teams to keep customer-centricity at the center of everything Insight M does.
Jordan is a seasoned operator and executive with a track-record of building incredible teams. She has worked in hyper-growth tech companies, in both build and scale capacities, for over 17 years, leading high-performing account management, customer success, and business development teams. She most recently served as the COO of Mulberry Technology, a fintech company in the eCommerce space, overseeing all revenue and operational functions as the company went from seed to Series B. Before that, she spent over three years at WeWork during their time of explosive growth, building a 200+ global account management team and creating a customer journey for medium and enterprise companies. She’s also built and scaled account management functions at Trustpilot and Yext, marketing tech SaaS organizations.
Jordan attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she double majored in Computer Science and Business, with a Marketing concentration. Jordan graduated on the Dean’s List, with High Honors, and was the runner up for Ms. Georgia Tech. More recently, Jordan was named a “Top 25 Focal Operator, Leader to Know” by Primary Ventures.
